Givergy's pledge management tool makes it easier than ever to conduct a pledge drive with bidder number
You now have the ability to set a "buy it now" price for silent auction items. Remember, these prices need to be high, 200 - 400% of the items fair market value. If someone bids the "buy it now" price, it will end all bidding on the item.
The ticket booking email your guests receive now includes a unique QR code. This code can be scanned with the Givergy app to access the guest's profile, update information and check them into the event.
No more problems selling duplicate live items! Clients are no longer required to enter a quantity for live items meaning they can sell a live item as many times as they would like. Since live items must be sold through the platform by a Givergy staff person or volunteer, they should confirm in advance if any items are going to duplicate.
When creating live items and pledges, there is a start time but no end time. Pledges and live items remain open after the start time to reduce confusion and event issues where these item types have closed. If you do not wish to show a live item or pledge on the site after a specific time, it can be hidden using ‘Hide on UI.’
Guests can now purchase multiples of "buy it now" multi-sale items through the website. This means we no longer need to use prize draw as a workaround to sell multiples.
