There is a pledge item automatically created within each event for this feature. The pledge will be hidden and will be named ‘Please donate.’ When you are creating your other pledge levels, please do not delete or change this pledge.

Once you are happy with your message, click ‘Send Now’ to send it to only those guests who bid but didn’t win an item or donate
